It is an essential condition of Pub Associate Membership that all applicants agree to abide by the following set of rules .

Rules and Conditions

1. All pub associate members agree to abide by the following rules.

2. SIBA Pub Associate Membership is open to any publican who regularly stocks beer supplied by a member or members of SIBA and who wishes to demonstrate their support for SIBA, its members and their beers.

3. Pub Associate Membership shall be dependent upon the payment of an annual fee that shall be set, and periodically reviewed, by SIBA Council.

4. Applicants must be holders of a Personal Licence.

5. Pub Associate Membership shall be indicted by possession of a plaque specially designed for the purpose, which the publican is free to display on his premises as well as a certificate of membership.

6.Ownership of the plaque remains with SIBA.

7. Pub Associate Membership shall be conferred upon the publican and not upon the premises.

8. SIBA Council reserves the right to withdraw a Pub Associate Membership and demand return of the plaque, should it be demonstrated that no SIBA member's beers have been sold for a period of six months, or that the standard of beers served at the premises is such that the reputation of SIBA and its members may be said to be damaged by association with the premises.

9. SIBA Council shall have the right to amend and revise these rules at any time without notice.
