SIBA BeerX UK partners with ekeg as Headline Supporter for 2026 and beyond
BeerX, the UK’s biggest beer and brewing trade event which attracts over 3,500 attendees from the beer industry, has today announced new Headline Supporter ekeg – the UK and Ireland’s leading keg and cask management ecosystem.
SIBA CEO Andy Slee welcomed ekeg on-board as BeerX Headline Supporter for the next three years;
“The support of our Headline Supporter ekeg is hugely valued by myself and the SIBA Team and enables us to deliver the UK’s very best beer and brewing trade event, offering once again free tickets to all SIBA members wishing to attend the event. On behalf of SIBA I’d like to thank Christian and the ekeg team for their support of SIBA’s flagship beer event.” Andy Slee, SIBA Chief Executive.

ekeg provide renting, leasing, servicing and tracking solutions to over 600 customers daily, own more than 1 million kegs and casks, service just under 4 million kegs and casks every year and “see” over 10 million keg and cask trips from brewery to bar and back again with their award-winning proprietary tracking technology.
“Becoming the headline supporter of SIBA’s BeerX is another landmark moment for all of us at ekeg. We’re all about kegs made simple, and BeerX is the perfect industry platform to showcase and deliver exactly that. SIBA, its members, and BeerX have been a big part of our leadership journey in kegs and casks, so it’s cool to give back with our support, commitment, and energy—fuelling another year of great independent beer, with more draft and less carbon” said ekeg CEO Christian Barden.
Christian will also be part of a panel discussing investment in the brewing and the ekeg team will deliver a separate seminar on ‘Kegs as a service’ – giving expert insight into the logistical challenges and solutions for breweries in the UK.
Featuring a packed schedule of seminars, talks, and panel debates, from some of the most respected voices in the beer industry, BeerX is attended by brewers and beer industry professionals looking to expand their knowledge. It also offers the chance to discover the UK’s best independent beers at the trade-only Indie Beer Champions showcase, view the latest brewing equipment, ingredients and services in the UK’s largest brewing trade exhibition, and of course connect with peers from across the industry.
