Sales Administrator
Arbor has been a cornerstone of Bristol’s beer scene since 2007 and is now seeking a skilled, full-time Sales Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll work within a small, dynamic group and report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager. You’ll play an essential part in supporting the sales function, managing customer accounts, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
What you’ll do:
- Process orders via phone, email, and our online shop
- Make proactive outbound calls to customers to strengthen relationships and drive sales
- Maintain accurate customer records (Mailchimp, Breww, Sellar)
- Handle payments and coordinate deliveries
- Respond to customer queries and provide excellent service
- Monitor stock of POS materials and office supplies
What we’re looking for:
- Organised, detail-oriented, and a great communicator
- Comfortable with digital tools and multitasking
- Customer-focused and proactive
- Previous sales experience (ideally within the beer industry, though not essential)
