Brewery Manager

Join our award-winning 10 BBL micro-brewery in the heart of the South of England, where your creativity and initiative will help us expand our business. Brew our fantastic range of award-winning ales and help develop a new line of unique craft keg beers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brewing Excellence: Utilise state-of-the-art keg and canning equipment, applying your traditional cask ale skills while adapting and learning new brewing techniques.
Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality and traceability, adhering to SALSA plus Beer standards to maintain consistency from process to finished product.
Stock and Production Management: Oversee the management of ingredients, casks, kegs, bottles, and cans to keep production smooth.
Product Development: Assist in designing and developing new beer products.
Customer Engagement: Help with sales, including telesales (answering and making calls), off-sales, and on-sales, to keep our customers satisfied and engaged.
Brewery Maintenance: Maintain housekeeping and equipment to the highest standards.
Administrative Tasks: Use our brewery production software for production, cask control, sales invoices, and handle email correspondence.
Team Participation: Be an active part of our team and join in our fantastic events at the brewery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay including pension: £34,000.00-£37,000 per year depending on experience
Licence/Certification: – Driving Licence (preferred)
