Job Summary £30-£40KPA Inc Commission. Hybrid.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Accounts Manager. As an Accounts Manager, you will remotely maintain relationships with our trade customers across the South East of England. This role would ideally suit someone with passion, drive, self-motivation and a desire to succeed. We offer flexible working, and will try and support work around childcare. This role requires 2 days per week at the brewery – with the rest at home or seeing customers.
- Contacting potential customers via telephone, email or social media to generate interest in and sell our products.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Excess of 300 trade sales calls per week.
- £5K average revenue per week
- Update CRM and database systems.
- Attend events and networking opportunities to maximise business opportunities.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Manage incoming & outgoing telephone calls.
- Engage prospective customers through outbound calls to introduce our brewery, its products and relevant promotions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing clients whilst keeping them updated on new releases and exciting offers.
Skills and Experience
- Confidence in using IT systems with a working knowledge of Excel.
- An understanding of working in a sales and target driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deal appropriately with demanding and sometimes challenging customers.
- Passionate about beer and food!
