Production Manager
As Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for the production process, including management of the Brewing and Packaging teams, to ensure high quality beer meets specification, schedule and budget requirements, consistently and safely. You’ll work continuously to improve efficiencies within the production process, including cost, time and quality. Alongside Operations and Sales management, you’ll lead the development and implementation of new recipes, keeping up to date with the latest beer trends and techniques for creating cutting edge products. You’ll maintain processes and records in line with the SALSA and other legislative requirements.
