We are looking for a top performing results-driven sales professional to take ownership of Key Customers and New Business, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships and actively engaging with prospective customers to increase sales volume across all channels.
The Role:
The successful candidate will:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in key markets and territories.
· Manage and grow relationships with key retailers, multiple operators and strategic partners for our full range of beers, spirits and wines.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand the brand’s presence in all channels to promote sales volumes and achieve sales targets.
· Regularly call on customers with the purpose of nurturing and strengthening customer relationships and increasing product range listings to drive volume.
· Complete brand activations and promotions with all customers in line with Wimbledon Brewery sales strategy.
· Collaborate with marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure product availability, branding alignment, and market demand.
· Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and improve sales performance.
· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of sales performance.
· Mentor and motivate sales team to achieve targets.
· Attending regular company meetings as required.
· Representing the brewery at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to build brand awareness and drive sales.
Job requirements:
· Experience of selling beer and/or spirits across all trade channels.
· Highly motivated and results driven.
· Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
· Planning and preparation, time management skills.
· Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business objectives.
· Understanding of profitability and a strong commercial awareness.
· Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
· Professional, self-motivated, organised, and energetic individual.
· Must be flexible and willing to take a hands-on approach across the business.
· A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
Salary: £40k dependent on experience plus bonus up to £20k
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Work Location: Field Based with one day per week at Brewery (WFH if required)
