Trainee Brewer
Hobsons Brewery, based in the heart of Shropshire in Cleobury Mortimer, is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our production team. This hands-on role combines brewing and packaging, offering a brilliant opportunity to gain full experience across the entire beer-making process. You’ll work alongside our experienced brewers and packaging team, supporting the full range of brewery operations while helping to maintain our SALSA + Beer accreditation.
It’s the perfect role for someone who’s passionate about great beer, eager to learn, and ready to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. As you develop, there will also be opportunities to work towards a recognised Brewer Apprenticeship qualification.
🍺 Full-time, 45 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
