SIBA Beer Dispense Services

Background
The growing demand for SIBA members’ beers has meant that small brewers are increasingly involved in the provision of Beer Dispense Services on behalf of their Free Trade customers.

How does it work?
SIBA Beer Dispense Service handles maintenance and installation requests from Brewing Members and is facilitated via the Members’ Toolbox

On receipt of requests these are immediately passed to Innserve Ltd, our service provider, to be completed according to strict performance standards.

Services
These comprise:

Maintenance calls – jobs are assessed for their priority and, if the issue cannot be resolved over the telephone, categorised for attendance within 24 hours according to the nature of the problem.
An Innserve technician is available in all areas between 09:00 hours and 21:00 hours, 365 days of the year!

Installation jobs – installation requests are assessed to see whether a pre-installation survey is required, and an estimate of the cost is produced in advance.
Installations are generally undertaken Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00, though arrangements outside of these times can be made if required.

For both maintenance and installation work, Innserve invoices SIBA according to standard, negotiated rates for both parts and labour, and these charges are passed on to the customer.
Please note that SIBA can also undertake keg installations and maintenance where required.

Posting parts – equipment up to the size of a cleaning bottle can be sent at very low cost.

Must Buy: Must Sell – the Brand Dispense Association (BDA) represents all the large UK brewers and operates a system of buying and selling existing dispense equipment in situ, when its use has moved from one brewer to another.
SIBA have been accepted to be able to use this system and can therefore facilitate on behalf of our Members the automatic purchase or sale of assets to BDA members.
