Brewing: The Fundamentals (24 - 27 March 2024)

This four-day course is run by experienced professional brewers to assist others working in the industry, or those looking to start, to understand in greater detail the theory and practical aspects of the brewing process.
Combining lectures, workshops and excursions, the course covers the various aspects of brewery design, brewing theory and good brewing practice. There is also the opportunity to help with a complete brew at a Yorkshire brewery.
