2.5bbl brewery currently set up and available for viewing in our brew pub. It is a complete two and a half barrel plant, all you need to brew sufficient to fill 8 firkins per brew. We constructed in 2010, the vessels are former Grundy dairy tanks re fabricated to suit.

x1 Boiler with manway, 4 x 3kw immersion heaters (single phase)
x1 Mash Tun with s/s filter & sparge arm.
x2 Fermenting Tanks (one with cooler coil to exterior connected to a chiller unit)
x1 'UK Exchangers
x1 Hopback with s/s filter plate.
x2 Conditioning tanks.
x1 Large water storage tank
x1 'Ebara' transfer pump with connectors for liquor transfer from hopback to boiler.
x1 Stuart Pump used for transferring beer
