Diploma in British and International Brewing Technology (Monday 1st Sept - Friday 31st Oct 2025)

Our nine-week Diploma in British and International Brewing Technology is our most in-depth course, ideal for aspiring brewers and those launching microbreweries. With a strong practical focus, it suits both beginners and experienced home brewers. You'll design and brew your own recipes using our small-scale kits, gaining hands-on skills in liquor calculations and recipe formulation. Training includes classroom lectures, full brew days in our on-site 500L commercial brewery and seven one-day placements at local microbreweries.
Many graduates now run their own successful breweries.
