A new trade show designed exclusively for the UK’s pub and bar industry makes its debut this month. Running on February 18 and 19 at London’s Olympia, it will offer inspiration, insight and innovation for licensees and entrepreneurs. Targeted at both multiple and independent operators, the show will feature exhibitors, seminar discussions and demonstrations to provide ideas for developing pub and bar businesses. It is supported by trade organisations including the Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers, training body BII and the British Beer and Pub Association as well as holiday accommodation specialist Sawday’s.
