Simon Rimmer hosts a flavour of Spring at Robinsons Brewery
Following on from his previous gourmet evenings, the Sunday Brunch presenter is to host an intimate gourmet evening inspired by the changing of the season. The three course banquet has been specially crafted by Simon Rimmer to incorporate the freshest spring produce.
Anyone wanting to add a little sparkle to their evening can also add to their meal three award winning wines, specially chosen by Robinsons’ resident wine expert Noel Reid, to accompany each course.
Fresh Lakeland Spring Lamb Rump Steak with New Potatoes accompanied by Salsa Verde.
Lemon Polenta Cake dripped in Ginger Wine & Mixed Berries served with Freshly Whipped Cream.
