Brewer Wanted
Freedom brewery is looking to recruit a new brewer. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for beer and brewing. Experience and qualifications are desirable but not essential as full training is provided. Attention to detail, a strong team ethic and desire to drive quality are the key attributes we are looking for. You will be brewing on our 30BBL brewhouse, managing fermentation and filtration, Monday to Friday. You would need to be physically fit and strong as there is a large degree of manual labour involved in the role, a driving license is also essential as we are a little remote. We produce well matured lagers and dry hopped ales, independently and sustainably, in stunning rural surroundings. Please email a CV and cover letter to joe@freedombrewery.com
