Brewer
Kirkstall brewery are hiring a brewer for the Springwell site (ex-North brew).
The role will primarily be focused on cellarwork and running the brewhouse, and either a junior or senior role dependent on experience.
-Running the 50hl brewhouse (single infusion mash)
-Gravities, pH’s, dry hopping, cold block management
-Tank/equipment cleaning
-Packaging keg and can
-General cleaning duties
We also have an Alpha laval brew 250 centrifuge and a Kieselmann flash pasteuriser that the right candidate can be trained on.
The role will require an element of shift work on rotation
