🚨 We’re Hiring: Production Brewer 🚨

An exciting opportunity has opened up to join the Floc. Brewing team as a Production Brewer!

Based in Canterbury, you’ll be part of a passionate, quality-driven team dedicated to brewing some of the freshest, hop-forward beers around. If you’ve got the skills, the experience, and the drive, we want to hear from you.

🍺 The Role

This hands-on role rotates between wort production and cellaring. You’ll be key in ensuring every batch of Floc. beer meets our top-tier standards, from grain to glass.

🔧 Your Day Might Include:

Wort production

Yeast handling, dry hopping, transfers, carbonation

Quality control: ABV, pH, DO, CO2, gravity checks

CIP & brewery hygiene

Working closely with the rest of the team to keep beer flowing smoothly

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 3+ years in a production brewery
✔️ Comfortable working shifts
✔️ Excellent time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
✔️ Strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement

✨ Bonus Points For:

Experience with a manual brewhouse

Familiarity with CIP and QC equipment

Brewing qualifications (IBD or similar)

Forklift licence

💷 Salary: £30 – £32k (DOE)
