Based in the heart of Yorkshire, our beers are enjoyed across the UK and beyond – in pubs, shops, and homes. We’re proud of our reputation for quality and consistency, and we’re just getting started.
Your Role
As a Telesales Agent, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining great customer relationships – and making sure our beer gets into the right hands.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales & Customer Management
- Make proactive outbound calls to existing customers
- Reconnect with lapsed accounts and explore new leads
- Promote our range, including seasonal offers, and upsell where appropriate
- Be a positive, knowledgeable ambassador for the Saltaire brand
Order Processing & Admin
- Accurately input orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth delivery
- Keep CRM systems and call records fully up to date
- Support weekly and monthly sales targets
- Help resolve customer queries professionally and promptly
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Share customer feedback to improve campaigns and service.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous telesales or customer service experience (FMCG or hospitality a plus)
- Confident communicator with a friendly and engaging phone manner
- Target-driven mindset with strong organisational skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and general IT (BREWW experience a bonus)
- A curious, team-oriented attitude – and a love of beer definitely helps!
