Our Taproom is a vibrant space that brings our brand to life through community events, live music, street food, and more. We’re now looking for a proactive Events and Marketing Co-ordinator with a focus on events and activations to help us deliver standout experiences and grow our brand presence.
Role Overview
As the Events and Marketing Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and delivering the brewery’s calendar of taproom and on-site events. From booking vendors and liaising with suppliers to ensuring smooth event setup and supporting on the day, you’ll bring ideas to life. You’ll also be responsible for building out event sheets, working closely with the taproom and marketing teams, and supporting with internal communications and reporting.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend to support event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager in delivering the annual events plan across the Taproom and wider business
- Take ownership of event coordination, from vendor and supplier bookings to logistics, setup, and communication
- Build and maintain detailed event sheets to align all stakeholders on responsibilities, timings, and requirements
- Act as a point of contact for street food traders, performers, external vendors, and contractors
- Collaborate closely with the Taproom team to ensure smooth delivery of each event, including set-up and takedown
- Coordinate signage, POS, and promotional materials for each event, ensuring brand consistency
- Manage and maintain the event calendar, internal documents, and planning trackers
- Attend key events as required to support delivery and ensure execution meets brand standards
- Work with the wider marketing team to support promotion of events across digital, print, and social channels
- Help measure event success through feedback, performance reporting, and post-event debriefs
Requirements
- Experience in an events, marketing, hospitality, or brand activation role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
- Confident when liaising with vendors, suppliers, and delivery partners
- A team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude, especially during live events
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Comfortable working occasional evenings or weekends when events are live
- Familiarity with the hospitality, drinks, or food and beverage sectors is a plus
