Apprentice Brewer
An exciting opportunity to join our team and learn a highly sought after craft as we look for a new Apprentice Brewer. You will assist the brewery staff alongside undertaking a 24 month level 4 Brewer Apprenticeship where you will develop into a competent and established brewer. This position will suit a hard working, conscientious person wishing to start or progress a career in brewing and gain an industry recognised qualification. The role will cover all aspects of wort production, cellaring, packaging and logistics, which will develop alongside the apprenticeship training and mentoring from our skilled staff. Like all members of our small team, there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved with all aspects of the brewery, as well as representing us at festivals and events.
