Trade Salesperson – Titsey Brewing Co.
Location: Office-based in Surrey, with regional travel
Type: Full-time 40hrs – Monday to Friday – Occasional weekends when events are on.

Titsey Brewing Co. is an independent brewery producing well-crafted beers with a strong local identity. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Trade Sales Person to manage and develop our trade customer base.
This is a full-time, office-based role, with regular visits to existing and prospective accounts — typically a couple of days a week on the road.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our current customers while identifying and developing new trade accounts.
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Trade Salesperson who will continue to grow our sales. You will work alongside our current, Management, Brewing and Operations teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing relationships with existing trade accounts
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Visiting customers in the trade a couple of days per week – self-manage time and schedule for visits for new and current customers
- Processing orders, managing listings, and handling account administration from the office
- Using Breww Software to manage the sales pipeline
- Providing product knowledge and support to customers
- Representing the brewery at tastings, trade events, and occasional festivals
- Feeding back customer and market insights to the wider team on a weekly basis
- A collaborative approach ensuring cohesive working between sales, marketing and brewing team.
About You
We’re looking for someone organised, personable, and comfortable balancing office-based work with time out in the trade.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous on-trade beer sales experience
- A genuine interest in beer and the independent brewing industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, well-organised approach
- A full UK driving licence
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a small team
- Knowledge of using Breww as a sales platform
