Brewery Operative
Company Description The award-winning, well-established Acorn Brewery of Barnsley is looking for a well-organised, enthusiastic individual with a flexible attitude. The role involves safely delivering beers to customers, as well as carrying out day-to-day tasks within the brewery. Job Description Loading and unloading vans Washing, filling, and racking casks Assisting in the brewhouse and carrying out general brewery duties Completing required paperwork accurately Forklift duties Delivering casks and collecting empty containers Any other duties as required by your manager The role also includes: Opportunity to develop skills and train as a brewer Weekend work required, included within the annual salary (to be discussed at interview) Skills and Experience Full UK Driving Licence, held for a minimum of two years Quality-focused, customer-oriented, and results-driven Enthusiastic, with a flexible approach to working practices and hours Physically fit, as the role involves heavy lifting Forklift licence desirable but not essential An interest in beer (experience helpful but not essential) Salary to be discussed at interview Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent Work Location: In person
