Assistant or Production Brewer
Hours: Full time, 40hrs/wk
Location: Near Mitcham Thameslink Station, South London
Key Tasks:
- Wort production
- Centrifuge + Cellaring
- Flash and Tunnel Pasteurizing AF beers and RTDs
- Packaging can, keg, cask
- Cleaning
- Lab work – Beer quality monitoring, including sensory analysis
Additional Tasks:
- FLT operation
- Weekend rota for essential checks
- Stock counting & warehouse work
Competencies Required/Desired:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic IT skills
- Entry level food production knowledge
- Basic H&S knowledge
