Brewer
Wessex Brewery is seeking a Production Brewer to join our talented brew team as we continue to expand our operations in UK and Europe. This is your chance to join one of Wales’ fastest growing and creative breweries – demand continues to grow with our popular core range, sand seasonal, and keg beers.
START DATE: 1st June
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE: Passionate about brewing with a Minimum 2 years’ experience as a brewer within a hands-on Production Brewery. A strong ability to work collaboratively – we are a small and high-performing team with a culture of collaboration. Sometimes to achieve our goals you will need to work across the business in other areas outside your core role. Energetic self-starter with an outgoing, engaging positive “can do” attitude. Confident communicator with an outgoing personality. Clear demonstrable experience of brewing & process improvement. Well versed and knowledgeable on key trends from the UK and other international markets. Motivated and respectful of others. A positive and friendly attitude with a great customer service mentality and an infectious passion for Beer Forklift license preferred but not essential. WHAT WE’RE OFFERING:
