Brewery Packaging & Production Operatives
At Hepworth & Co. Brewery, we’re passionate about crafting award-winning beers that combine tradition with innovation. From our state-of-the-art brewery in the heart of West Sussex, we’re continuing to grow – and we’re looking for motivated, hands-on team players to join our production and packaging team.
The Role
You’ll work closely with our Packaging Supervisors and Production Manager, playing a vital role in ensuring our beers reach customers in perfect condition. This is a varied role where no two days are the same — from brewing and packaging (bottling, canning, cask filling, keg racking) to working with warehousing and distribution, you’ll be at the heart of brewery operations.

(Forklift training provided if you don’t already hold a licence)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate bottling, canning, cask, and kegging lines efficiently
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised working areas
- Support brewing and packaging operations end-to-end
- Carry out quality checks and production reporting
- Assist with machine cleaning, maintenance, and changeovers
- Prepare production materials and support daily start-up/shutdown duties

Hours & Schedule
- Full-time, permanent
- Monday to Friday, day shifts (with overtime available)
