About Us:
We’re an independent brewery established in 2005, nestled in the stunning South Downs National Park. We brew a wide variety of award-winning beers in cask, keg, and can formats, supplying local customers across Sussex and nearby counties. We’ve grown steadily through a commitment to quality, community, and sustainable business practices.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for delivering our beer to customers across Sussex and the neighbouring counties, assisting with logistics, and supporting daily brewery operations when required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working both independently on the road and as part of a collaborative team in the brewery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering beer to local pubs, shops, and venues
- Planning efficient delivery routes and ensuring stock is correctly loaded and rotated
- Representing the brewery in a professional and friendly manner, building and maintaining great relationships with customers
- Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and yard
- Assisting with loading, unloading, and cleaning of casks and kegs
- Logging deliveries and returns via brewery software
- Supporting general brewery tasks and cleanliness
- Taking part in events, festivals, and occasional collaborations
What We’re Looking For:
- Full UK driving licence (clean) – Previous experience as a Drayman or in a similar delivery/logistics role is desirable.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items daily (65kg)
- Good attention to detail to ensure orders are delivered accurately
- A team player who’s also confident working solo
- Organised, punctual, and customer-focused
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and get stuck in
