Head Brewer
We require an experienced brewer skilled across the brewing process and with a passion for developing new ranges. This exciting new venture is ideal for an experienced brewer looking to join a growing business.
Job Role

Mange the full brewing process and development of new ales. This will include selecting raw materials and the process from handling and brewing to fermentation, racking, and cleaning.

Make sure the brewery adheres to high-quality standards and consistency across all the ranges.

Operate and maintain brewing equipment, including brewhouse, fermenters, racking lines, and cask equipment.

Support in maintaining accurate brewing and cleaning records

Represent the brewery at events and festivals and open days at the brewery and on site tap room.
Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in a with knowledge of cask and keg styles.

A good understanding of the brewing process, cleaning protocols, and beer styles.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Flexible and willing to take on varied tasks as part of a small team.
Optional
-
Brewing qualifications (e.g., IBD or equivalent).

Knowledge of cellar management or beer dispense (bonus!).
