Autonomy & Influence You’ll report directly to the Group MD and take full responsibility for site operations, staff, and strategy at the Tatton Brewery site in Knutsford. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years in a senior commercial brewing role Strong grasp of HACCP and regulatory compliance Proven leadership in stock control, budgeting, logistics, and team development Tech-savvy with brewery management systems (ideally Breww) Hands-on, positive’ can do’ attitude with excellent communication skills Physically fit and ready to roll up your sleeves Full clean driving licence Forklift licence and sales experience are a bonus 📧 Send your CV to mark@wantsumbrewery.co.uk 📅 Application deadline: September 30th, 2025
