Your Mission
As our Head Brewer, you’ll be the driving force behind everything that leaves our brewhouse. From recipe development to production scheduling, quality control to innovation, you’ll lead a skilled team and ensure that every pint meets our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and inspire our brewing and production team
✔ Manage production schedules and budgets
✔ Oversee wort production, fermentation, packaging, and QC
✔ Ensure compliance with SALSA plus Beer and food safety standards
✔ Create seasonal and one-off beers alongside our core range
✔ Maintain equipment and drive continuous improvement
✔ Represent the brewery at events and within the beer community

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- 3+ years of commercial brewing experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Practical knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, and quality standards
- Passion for brewing and problem-solving
- Full driving licence
Desirable:
- IBD qualification
- Relevant technical degree
- Forklift licence
