Blackjack Brew Co. is looking for a Production Brewer to join our talented brew team in Manchester.
Location: Manchester, Irk Street
40 hours a week with rotational weekend checks
Permanent position
Start date: ASAP

Duties and responsibilities
Learning and closely following our Safe Operating Procedures to carry out all tasks within the brewery process environment including brewing, tank management, CIP, fermentation and pre-packaging monitoring, packaging, container cleaning and general housekeeping.
Working closely with department leads to maintain detailed records and participate in QA processes.
Requirements for the role
- 1-3 years brewing experience
- Good understanding of brewing science & theory
- Able to carry our manual tasks
- Passion for the production of high-quality beer
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong commitment to safe working practices in the brewery
Desirables for the role
- Formal brewing education
- Forklift licence
- Full UK drivers licence
- Experience working with Breww software
- Other relevant qualifications to the industry
