Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Brewer to join our dynamic brewing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be involved in every stage of the brewing process — from raw material handling to packaging the final product. Working with our modern 40BBL brew kit, you’ll help us maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct day-to-day brewing tasks including mash-in, wort production, fermentation, and conditioning
- Safely and efficiently operate brewhouse and cellar equipment
- Monitor and assess beer quality at all stages of production
- Maintain accurate records of brewing processes and data
- Participate in recipe development and process improvements
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and preventative maintenance
- Adhere to strict hygiene, health & safety, and quality standards (including SALSA plus)
About You
- Experience in commercial brewing (preferred but not essential)
- A strong willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality beer
- Team-oriented with solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically Fit
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
