Basic Staring Salary: £29,000.00 -£32,000.00 DOE
Bonus: OTE Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: North West – Office and field based
Start Date: Asap
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Manager who will continue to grow our sales. You will work alongside our current Sales Team, Managing Directors and Brewing and Operations team.
You will have to apply your knowledge of sales, market analysis and industry experience to develop and execute a solid growth strategy.
You will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, whilst supporting our current customers, further increasing our profile and reach across the country and beyond.
We are looking for someone with a positive can do attitude who is professional and approachable who can successfully implement a robust sales strategy.
You will have strong negotiation skills and have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the industry.
Arranging, planning and coordinating events for the Brewery along with meeting and greeting customers.
Ability to travel across areas to visit current and new customers to secure orders.
Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Develop current relationships with key accounts and gain new customers to maximise value, distribution and grow volume in sales.
Implement an evidenced sales approach, which targets efficient sales and profitable growth.
Analyse sales to identify and anticipate trends to meet customer demand.
Provide support to customers including training on our beers.
Represent Neptune and assist with events, festivals and promotional activities being flexible and adaptable.
Work with the Senior Managers to set sales strategy and growth targets.
Regular meetings with Director and team to discuss sales performance and strategies. Utilising Breww and Sellar software for orders.
Core Skills and Experience
A minimum of 2 years industry experience in sales.
Ability to set out sales strategies to meet growth targets.
Analytical skills to interpret sales figures.
An enthusiasm for beer, with knowledge of beer styles and the wider industry.
Ability to collaborate and build on relationships whilst networking within the industry.
A collaborative approach ensuring cohesive working between sales, marketing and brewing team.
An outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships and positively represent the business.
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
Full clean driving licence.
