Now, we’re looking for a passionate, hands-on individual to join our team as a Trainee Brewer, and start their own brewing story with us.
Role Overview
As a Trainee Brewer, you’ll work alongside our experienced brewing team to learn all aspects of the brewing process — from raw ingredients to finished product. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s eager to learn, isn’t afraid of hard work, and shares our passion for quality beer.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day brewing operations

Learn the operation of brewing and cellaring equipment

Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the brewery

Support quality control processes, including sample collection and analysis

Follow all health and safety protocols and brewery SOPs
What We’re Looking For

A genuine passion for beer and brewing

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Good communication and teamwork skills

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and cleaning tasks

Attention to detail and an appreciation for quality control

A flexible, can-do attitude – some early starts, late finishes, or weekend work may be required
-
Previous experience in brewing or a brewing qualification is a bonus, but not essential
- Right to work in UK is essential
