Brewer
We have an opening for someone to join our production team full time at The Kernel Brewery in London. We are a small, independent brewery located in Bermondsey, started in 2009. We brew predominantly bottle conditioned ales, in to bottles, kegs and casks.
Day to day work is varied and will include:
– Wort production
– Cellaring
– Packaging; bottle, keg and cask
– Lab work
– Infinite box making
What We Offer:
– Starting salary of £30,000 per year
– 4 Day work week, between Mon – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 with occasional early starts/ evening finishes as necessary

– Good time management

– Comfortable with clean/hygienic work
– Passionate about craft beer
Desirable skills
– 1 year experience in either brewing or drinks production
– Brewing/packaging qualification
– Forklift certificate
